I am a scientist who holds a graduate degree in hard science so that my blog posts will provide scientific evidence-based content. 

The objective of my blog is to provide well-informed and educated resources, information, advice, hacks, recipes, deals, etc. on various topics included but not limited to a healthy lifestyle, balanced diet, recipes for healthy snacks for kids and adults, etc.  I’ll provide recipes for making your own healthy probiotics, particularly yogurt, Kefir, and sauerkraut to avoid ingesting the added sugar that is commonly and unnecessarily added to numerous foods found in grocery stores.
