Rice Pudding

This traditional rice pudding can be used as a dessert, and it is made of three simple ingredients such as rice, milk, and sugar. It can be served with cinnamon.

  • 200 g Rice
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 500 mL Water
  • 500 mL Milk
  • Vanilla Sugar – 1 packet (8 g)
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice in water.
  2. Once the water evaporates, add the milk.
  3. Once the rice starts to increase its volume, add the sugar.
  4. Keep cooking it, until the rice is soft.
  5. Serve cold with cinnamon powder.
