Home-made Crackers

Crackers may not be the healthiest food choice but we do need them with various types of food such as caviar, cheese, pate, or mousse, etc.  They can also be eaten on their own.

Ingredients:

  • Butter 226 g (or 8 oz)
  • Feta Cheese 226 g (grate it
  • Eggs 2
  • Sour cream 75 g (2.6 oz)
  • Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Flour

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Split in two portions.
  3. Refrigerate it for at least 1 hr.
  4. Roll one portion on a baking mat.
  5. Cut it in rectangular shapes.
  6. On top, spread egg yolk for a nice golden glow.
  7. Optional: on top, spread either poppy seeds, or sesame depending on preference.
