Macaroni and cheese

Macaroni and cheese is a popular and beloved dish by almost everyone.  Below is a simple home-made recipe that does not contain the unhealthy and unnecessary ingredients that you find in the products that you find in store, or even most restaurants.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g Cheese (Feta)
  • 180 g Sugar (Optional)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 TBSP Milk
  • 3 TBSP Unsalted Butter
  • 1 lb Pasta (Penne Mezzani Rigate)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the pasta, and drain.
  2. Shred the Feta cheese, and mix it with eggs, milk, butter, and sugar.
  3. Add the above mixture to pasta, and mix well.
  4. Bake at 370 F for ~ 35-45 minutes.
