Salsa ingredients: chopped tomatoes, red onion, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil
Instructions
- Boil several eggs beforehand; slice them once cool.
- Prepare Italian salsa from chopped tomatoes, red onion, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.
- Place a tortilla in a skillet over medium to high heat
- Add shredded cheese, spinach, and sliced egg
- Add the second tortilla on top, and press gently
- Cook several minutes on each side until cheese is melted.
- Cut in slice, and add the freshly made salsa on top.
- Enjoy!
