Ingredients for Meatballs:
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 200 g Rice
- 2 Eggs
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Ingredients for Soup:
- 2 Onions
- 3 – 4 Carrots
- 15 oz Tomato Sauce
- 4 Eggs
- Parsley
- 1 L Sauerkraut Juice
Directions:
- Heat the onions, carrots, and pepper in a medium-size pot until boiling. Cover pot with a lid.
- Meanwhile, make the meatballs by combining the meat, rice, eggs, chopped parsley, rice, salt, and pepper. Shape meat in medium-size balls, and set them on a plate.
- Add the meatballs to the soup, along with the Sauerkraut Juice and Tomato Sauce.
- Cook until the carrots and onions are tender.
- Add the remaining chopped parsley, and beaten eggs to the soup (optional).
